Orders before 1PM PST ship same day. Orders after 1PM PST or on weekends ship next business day.
Free Shipping: Orders over $150
Standard Shipping: $10 for orders under $150 (2-5 business days)
Express Shipping: $20 for orders under $150 (1-3 business days)
Tracking
You receive tracking once the carrier scans your package. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
Lost Packages
Contact us if your package does not arrive. We will file a trace with the carrier. If not found, we replace up to $500 value.
We are not responsible for packages marked “Delivered”.
Address Accuracy
Ensure your address is complete and accurate including unit numbers. We cannot retrieve or reship packages sent to wrong addresses.
